N5 and Higher Business Management pupils at Carrick Academy enjoyed a visit from Morgan Sindall Group. The visit focused on how important customer service is within their business. On the day pupils worked in teams to come up with feedback to a real customer scenario.

Victoria Proven, Site Manager and Aftercare provided an insight into the customer service strategy followed by the company. Pupils were given a real customer scenario and worked in teams to feedback possible solutions. It was clear no matter your position in the company – your interaction with the customer is vital! Thanks to Victoria for her time and enthusiasm.
